What is covered: Delivery Guarantee

If we fail to deliver the FrostStars you paid for, you are covered in full. This is the only circumstance in which a refund applies.

1. We retry automatically. A delivery attempt that fails is retried before you need to do anything.
2. You contact support. If delivery still hasn't completed within a reasonable time, open a support ticket (live chat or the ticket form) referencing your order number.
3. We confirm the failure. Once we've confirmed your order genuinely could not be delivered, we issue a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to your FrostStars Wallet balance instantly, or to your original payment method where instant wallet crediting isn't possible — original-method refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is not covered

• Change of mind after a successful delivery.
• Ordering the wrong package size.
• Entering an incorrect in-game UID — delivery goes to the UID you provide at checkout, so double-check it before paying. If you catch the mistake before delivery completes, contact support immediately and we'll do what we can, but we cannot guarantee a reversal once FrostStars have been sent to an account.
• Any in-game outcome after delivery (how you choose to spend your FrostStars is up to you).
• Requests made after FrostStars have been successfully delivered to the correct account.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and sale pricing apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order, nor combined with a refund request.

Chargebacks

If you believe an order was not delivered, please contact support first — most delivery issues are resolved faster through a support ticket than a card chargeback. Filing a chargeback for an order that was, in fact, successfully delivered may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
