These Terms govern your use of the FrostStars website and store. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
FrostStars is an independent, unofficial top-up store for Whiteout Survival's in-game FrostStars currency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Century Games or the makers of Whiteout Survival. We deliver FrostStars to the in-game UID you provide, through the same authorized top-up channels available to any reseller.
You're responsible for keeping your FrostStars account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information (email, in-game UID) — orders delivered to an incorrect UID you supplied cannot always be reversed.
We only ever request your public in-game UID (and optionally your in-game display name) to fulfil an order. We will never ask for your Whiteout Survival password, verification codes, or any other account credential. Anyone contacting you claiming to be FrostStars support and asking for your password is not us — please report it to us and do not comply.
Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and may vary by region. Placing an order and completing payment authorizes us to deliver FrostStars to the UID you provided. Once payment is confirmed, delivery begins automatically — orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: all completed deliveries are final; refunds apply only when we fail to deliver.
You agree not to: use the site for any fraudulent purpose, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse on orders that were successfully delivered; attempt to interfere with, probe, or bypass the site's security; abuse discount codes or the referral/loyalty system outside their intended use; or resell FrostStars purchased here in a way that violates Whiteout Survival's own terms of service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
FrostStars Wallet balance is a prepaid, non-interest-bearing store credit usable only for purchases on this site. It has no cash value outside of the refund process described in our Refund Policy.
Promotional pricing and discount codes are offered at our discretion, may be time-limited, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed. They cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders or combined beyond what's explicitly stated.
The site and its contents are provided "as is." We are not responsible for in-game consequences of your purchases, for actions taken by the game publisher, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
